During a recent InsideView Microsoft CRM Outlook Client setup – I’d encountered the following error while trying to “Sync” the InsideView data with Microsoft CRM: “Looks like we ran into an issue… There was a problem while connecting to InsideView…”
I was able to resolve the above error via the following Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) settings:
- Add “https://my.insideview.com” to IE Trusted sites
- Add “insideview.com” to IE Compatibility View
- Add “insideview.com” to IE pop-ups exceptions
