One of my CRM Clients encountered the “Insufficient Permissions” error when trying to access the new CRM 2013 “Account” and “Contact” forms. The corresponding “Information” forms were OK:
The issue: This was an upgraded CRM 2013 environment and the CRM user has only a custom security role created in CRM 2011 that didn’t have value for some new security role settings.
