Last week – I’d encountered the “CRM failed to load” error message when trying to use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Outlook Client.
Usually a reload of the MS CRM Outlook Client would fix the issue, but not this time. Instead here is a quick way that helped me solved it:
1. Open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Diagnostics. From the Start Menu >> Programs >> Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 >> Diagnostics:
2. Click the “Enable” button to enable the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Add-In
