CRM failed to load – Microsoft CRM 2011 Outlook Client


Last week – I’d encountered the “CRM failed to load” error message when trying to use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Outlook Client.

Usually a reload of the MS CRM Outlook Client would fix the issue, but not this time.  Instead here is a quick way that helped me solved it:

1. Open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Diagnostics.  From the Start Menu >> Programs >> Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 >> Diagnostics:

2. Click the “Enable” button to enable the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Add-In

    I have de same problem, but is only with one module, the other like, accounts, suport, marketing, is ok, only oportunities fail.

  7. Am facing the same error while configuring for on-premise CRM.
    Test connection succeeded. And showed list orgs, After select one org and click on ok. Then it’s throwing error as InternetSet cookie failed with error code :87.

    Any help great appreciation…..
