Update Rollup 1 is available for MS CRM 2011

Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (KB 2466084) is available.  I would highly recommend installing this Update Rollup 1 to your MSCRM 2011 Online Outlook Client (or On Premise) to help with stability and performance.

To automatically install Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Outlook Client, you can use Windows Update.   However, Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 will be available on Windows Update on April 26, 2011.

Here is the Link to the issues that are resolved in Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

Here are two that I’m glad to see resolved in UR1:

  • Assume that you sign up for an organization in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. You track an email message in which the primary email address is the same as the email address that you used to sign up for the organization. In this situation, you receive the following error message:

The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it.

  • You cannot configure the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Client for Microsoft Office Outlook if a Windows Live Sign-in Assistant Microsoft Identity Client Runtime Library (IDCRL) installation is corrupted.
