Microsoft Dynamics CRM Email records can contain unresolved email addresses especially those from Microsoft CRM Outlook Client “Track in CRM” emails. This is due to the typical Microsoft Outlook Email containing email addresses that are not related to any existing CRM Users, Accounts, Contacts, Leads at the time of being “tracked” in CRM. So how do we find all the Microsoft CRM e-mail records with unresolved email addresses so we can update them? Here is an Advanced Find setup screen shot that will display them:
This works for both Microsoft CRM On-Premise and CRM Online. You can also create a Microsoft CRM Workflow with the above condition on Emails Create and Status Change to trigger an email alert whenever there is an unresolved email address. Enjoy.
