Today I had encountered the following error while trying to login Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online Web Client:
“The Windows Live Network is unavailable from this site for one of the following reasons…”
Resolution:
- Update Internet Explorer Security Site settings:
- Internet Explorer >> Tools menu >> Internet Options >> Security tab >> select “Trusted sites” then click on “Sites” button
- Add the following three sites to the zone:

Thanks Frank… this has been bugging me a while and nothing could shift it.
One small thing to note. If you are accessing the European CRM Online servers and having this issue, use https://signin.crm4.dynamics.com and https://.crm4.dynamics.com. That did the trick for me….
Second URL above should be https://orgname.crm4.dynamics.com
